Your Happy List
A great way to help you feel happier and less worried is to write yourself a Happy List.
This is a way to remind you of all the activities that can help you to feel better when you’ve had a tough or hard day.
Why don’t you pin it on a noticeboard at home, up in your bedroom or beside your bed?
You can pop things on the list like asking for a hug, giving someone you love or your pet a hug, taking some deep breaths, cooking, talking, meditating, smiling, watching your busy thoughts in a Mindful Glitter Jar…
Write down the seven happy activities that help you feel good, and pin it up today!!!
